Admission Process
Pre-Enrollment for (new students only) Grades 1-12
Students must submit previous school records, including academic, behavioral, and attendance records, for review.
Step 1: Entrance examination (Star Reading & Star Math). Students must test within one grade level of their current grade to be considered eligible for admission to OCS.
Step 2: Interview of the child and his/her guardian once his/her eligibility is confirmed.
If your child is accepted, the school staff will email you to start enrollment.
Enrollment Steps:
Step 1: Register (New Families) / Login (Returning Families) to the FACTS Portal.
Step 2: Sign all required forms in FACTS and pay the registration fee.
Enrollment is only considered complete once the registration fee is paid.
